About Us

Northridge Quality and Validation was established by John Lafferty in 2003. The goal of Northridge is to supply Life Sciences companies in Ireland and Europe with an improved quality of service in the areas of Validation, Risk Management and Quality Management Systems.

Northridge utilises a pool of qualified, experienced personnel from the Life Sciences community in Ireland to provide companies with the expertise and experience required to meet their objectives. We do not believe in putting round pegs in square holes, for this reason we choose our personnel specifically for the client’s project.

We believe that our personnel should know more about the subject than the client’s employees and thereby leave the client with a net knowledge gain when the project is complete. For this reason we employ only experienced personnel rather than graduates fresh from college.
